Spot the difference

Car pick-up

Today, I am so eager to pick up my car from workshop. The clerk told me that the car's bumper has already been painted but the piping for exhausts are still not welded yet.

Looks smart with diffuser in red matches up the body color

I  picked up the car at 6 pm and really satisfied as it looks amazing with the twin exhausts. I told the welder that I will come again on Tuesday next week to let them finish their job welding the piping that will connect the twin exhausts.

TM Square wide fenders for ZC31S

Photos of the day

Front side view of the yellow swift sport looks nice and sporty

Chrome headlight for new swift

New LED DRL headlights for Suzuki Swift ZC32s/ ZC72s

Cool and modern looking LED strip

Would it be nice if they made this kind of DRL fitted in the previous model's headlights

In Progress: Ibher rear bumper

This year saw the widening of the front fenders to give the swift a more aggressive and strong looks. But the only missing part is the rear. So I have decided to install ibher design rear bumper this month. Sadly, due to some constraints, I have chosen to fit the bumper without the wide body fenders.

Each side of the rear bumper for the wide fenders are cut and some modifications are made as the tail lights could not be fitted. As for the exhaust tips, customized steel T- piping is welded to let the air out from the two exhaust tips.

Will post the finish looks soon:)

My brother new car: 2013 Mazda 6 (2.5 A)

As my brother's swift R has undergone serious exterior modifications frequently targeted by the police, the time has come to buy a new backup car. It is extremely difficult to drive especially to the main city. He surveyed almost all mid sized sedans and attended the launching of Lexus IS early this year. The Lexus IS F - sport 2.5 L with sun roof has  lowered suspension but my brother was not really satisfied with the side and rear looks. The price of the low spec was also very costly and it only offers 16 inch wheels and no sun roof. So he decided to wait for the Mazda 6.

The Mazda 6 2013 caught my brother's eyes for a number of reasons. First, the full spec 2.5 L M6 has good price market at only 718 per month. Second, the Mazda 6 2013 has an all new breed of engine that uses a high compression ratio of 14:1. Wow, this is the highest ever in a production vehicle. It is also estimated to get 70 miles per gallon. A Lexus IS has 12: 1 compression ratio. The nice looking Kia Optima has 9.5: 1 compression ratio. The Infiniti G25 has 10.3: 1 compression ratio.BMW 328i has 10.0: 1 compression ratio. Audi A4 has 9.6: 1 compression ratio. Suzuki Swift M16 A has 11.1: 1 compression ratio. Suzuki Swift M 13 and M15 both use 9.5: 1 compression ratio.

To reduce the risk of engine knock at high compression, residual gas is reduced by using a 4-2-1 exhaust system, implementing a piston cavity, and optimizing fuel injection. In addition, combustion duration is shortened by intensifying air flow, increasing injection pressure and using multi-hole injectors. Third, with the availability of sun roof, i- stop, Bose speakers and subwoofers, Bolstered high quality seats with red stitching, and most importantly the large 19 inch stock wheels.

The LED headlamps are automatically activated during driving and switch off automatically when gear shift to P. At gear N,  the LED will still switch on if only you release the handbrake.

The SKYACTIV-G 2.5 is 4 cylinder 2.5 liter engine first used in 2014 Mazda 6 rated at 138 kW (185 hp) and 250 N·m (184 lb·ft)
